This year Charles created a "VIDEO PROPHET" that roamed South Beach for three consecutive weekends during Tigertail FLA/BRA 2000. This "VIDEO PROPHET" by Charles is a contemporary electronic reflection of the individuals who have eternally hyped and promoted Miami Beach from Carl Fisher on, individuals who have sold the image of paradise. The "VIDEO PROPHET" provided those who followed him with a print altered fantasy version of this land of paradise.
