TIGERTAIL PRODUCTIONS PRESENTS

Delfos Contemporary Dance

In an evening of stunning repertory works, Delfos, in the tradition of such Brazilian companies as Quasar and Grupo Corpo, bursts forth with a new image of Mexico today, breaking the mold and image of folkloric Mexico. This fast paced, balletic company presents works full of passionate full-bodied movement. Delfos, a 12-year old company from Mazatlán, Mexico is the resident company of the Angela Peralta Theater and runs the Mazatlán Professional School of Contemporary Dance, where they currently have fifty students enrolled from five countries.“

". . . Delfos reveals in their dance deep internal emotion by means of precise external movement.” Carlos Fuentes, Perfil la Jornada de Oriente, Mexico City
