ON­LINE AUCTION RULES

Submitting your name and bid is a commitment to purchase the item. The estimated value, minimum bid and minimum increments for each item are indicated on the item's auction page. All bids must increase the prior bid by at least the minimum increments noted on the item's auction page. If you bid on an item and another bidder places a higher bid on the same item, you are no longer committed to the item. You can either outbid this person or place a bid on another item of your choice. The person with the biggest bid sheet at the end of the On-line Auction is the purchaser of the item.

You may opt to Buy Now for the full value of the work. Just call Tigertail at 305 324 4337.

Your name, phone and email are required in your submittal. Bids received with invalid information will be discarded if you cannot be contacted using the information you provide.

Your bid will not automatically be posted on the website as the current high bid. You will first be contacted, using the contact information you provide, in order to validate your bid. There may be a delay of several hours – or overnight if you submitted your bid late in the evening. For this reason, when you bid, it is possible that someone else has already submitted a bid that has not yet been posted.

If you are the purchaser of the item, you may arrange to pick the piece up at Tigertail's office. You may have it delivered to you in the Miami-Dade County area for a charge of $25. If you require delivery outside of Miami-Dade County, special arrangements may be made.
